Balentine Family Wines Shipping Policies
- Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with shipping information including the ship date and carrier. You may request a hold date if you prefer to have your order shipped at a later time.
- Wine is a perishable commodity and does not fare well traveling in extreme heat or cold. If you would like your order held until weather permits the safe travel of wine to your area, please contact us to make arrangements or expedite the order.
- Our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine, as required by law. We recommend shipping orders to a business address to avoid missing the delivery.
- Our carriers will attempt to deliver shipments three times before they are returned to us. Balentine Family Wines is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if package must be reshipped.
- If a package returns, please contact us at (805) 801-8540 to arrange reshipment.
Age Disclaimer
Wine may only be purchased and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you validate that you and the person who accepts delivery will be 21 years of age or older. When your wine is delivered, the person accepting delivery may be required to show identification. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
