Tasting Notes: “Co fermented with 3% Viognier. Flavors of Blueberry, plum, black cherry with aromas of violets, spice, tobacco and leather. Medium tannins and a toasty lingering finish. 90% Syrah, 7% Petite Sirah and 3% Viognier. Barrel aged in 20% new French oak for over 9 months.” Pairing Recommendation: “Try with all grilled meats or hearty red pasta dishes.”
